1. I dont have a passport right now is it possible to apostille?

A. Passport is not requrired for apostille. We can apply for apostille without passport but we need a copy aadhar card for the same.


2. I dont have the real copy of my parents voter id with me i just have the zerox of it as i stay alone here.

A. We can apply for apostille on color scan copy. but if up-demand you need to produce the original.

3. My  marksheets  are xerox  because  my university  announces our result online

A. Copmuterized online marksheet can be apostilled. Rest offline copies also can apostille a if those copies are verified by registrar. 

4. Is  notarization from local lawyer is needed

A. Local notary is not required. entired process will be handled by us.

5. I want to apostille the copies of the documents. do I need to send them or scan them and send you in pdf ?


A. You can share the copies in good color scanned PDF. But for applying apostille on educational document like degree,transcript,10th,12th marksheet  required original to be sent to us for the supporing document.

6. Do you have an estimate as in how many people might have applied for the Masters under this GKS scholarship ?

A. No. We dont have that data.

7. Transcript we have to apostille all pages or just last page to applying for gks?.

A. Only last page need to apostille the transcripts. Transcripts normally comes in 2-3 pages.
